Angie’s Treasures-Vianney , Natura Beauty Care, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund/exchange/store credit.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the packing slip, receipt, or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Underwear, skin care
- Final sale or clearance items.
3. Return Process & Shipping

- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will pay for shipping if the item is damaged or sent incorrectly.
- Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Processing Time: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-2 business days.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a prompt replacement.
